i called the 8-ta call centre to find out when exactly my contract can be closed, A lady in the call centre by the name of iYnda, and the reference number is iYanda 20-march-2013. Told me that 8-ta contracts close automatically i dont have to worry.by end of april i was still being billed to which i contacted them again. This time a gentle man by the name of Sandile told me to write them a letter stating i wish to cancel my contract. to which i did.By end of May i was still being billed, i contacted them once again, to which they 8-ta said it was closed however that TELKOM was now billing me, they put me through to Telkom mobi, to which they dont have any of my details, now i ask you with tears in my eyes, how do i get out of this. my contract is now going over two yers.
