Services Blocked and No Help!!

4 Days ago someone whom I never heard of before contacted Vodacom and reported me as deceased. Vodacom immediately blocked all my services without confirming the allegations. After numerous call-center conversations, my voice line was re-activated, however I still can't use any data on my BlackBerry account or on my 3 data contracts and still no explanation of why my account wasn't verified before being blocked has been offered. I spoke to Tsogo, a team lead in Legal, who promised his manager, Sheryl Watson, will call me back the same day. She hasn't yet. Lorato, a team lead promised Customer Complaints will call me back the same day. They haven't. I still can't use any of my data contracts and no one can answer my questions. I've asked my lawyer's help and they are standing by to step in if this medium doesn't move Vodacom into action. I'm paying for a full month's contract. Will I be refunded for the time I weren't able to use the contracts? I use the data contracts daily for personal and work usage and I've been greatly discomforted and am very disappointed and angered about the level of customer service I've received. Hopefully this can be resolved without using lawyers.
