This is my second complaint to the same issue, which hasn't been resolved:
complaint 1: have been into 3 stores to try do a deal match, which the stores tell me they do. its been over a month, and I keep being promised they will call back, i am yet to receive 1 call back, I keep going back into the store and they tell me they still waiting on head office to come back to them, they don't call back as promised, how long can this take? tell me: yes we can or no we cant, then i can make a decision. I know my monthly bill, I have 3 contracts with vodacom, I am on the point of moving my services.
Complaint 2:The store then went and deactivated my data bundle and activated BIS, i wasn't even in the store when this was done. i didn't request it, i have a Samsung why would i want BIS? I called 111 to undo what the store did, they have deactivated the BIS, but now i need to call again on the 1st to re-activate the data bundle. I now have extra admin i need to do, because some one AT VODACOM messed up my account without any input from me. This whole experience has been very frustrating and when i look at the pricing CELL C is offering, i find myself asking why am i with VODACOM?
