Vodacom does it again!! Nailed us on data usage!!

I cannot believe we've been caught out again!! It's so misleading how your data limits work!! You have call limits and they only kick in when the 3G device is turned off?!?! Why have limit option then? You guys are EXPENSIVE, have no customer device skills and continue to rip us off every few months!! And after I phoned in, complained then pleaded with you guys, you still continued to turn your back on us!? You probably would have noticed that you have already lost both our contracts to Cell C as a result!! Our whole family is now considering moving away from Vodacom. All because of our continues 3G problems with Vodacom!! (That's 9 contracts you could lose in the next 12 months) LoL!! Every time I phone in I get the same explanation - you signed your contract and data usage is your responsibility. I get that, I really do however DON'T put measures in place for us if they don't work. And at least compensate us for the misunderstanding/miscommunication!! That's what a great service provider would do!! Are you?
