I have two contracts with them. One small amount subscription one and one quite a large amount. They send me a Statement where both contracts are on obviously . i have fallen behind in payment as the large amount subscription was for my son's work as he needed to phone alot and the smaller amount one is for myself as I dont need to phone so much. Now Vodacom has handed me over to their legal department and I really would like to keep MY number as apparently after two month if non payment you lose your number. I offered to pay my smaller contract so that at least I can keep my number which I had for over 20 years and Vodacom just bluntly refuses to help me and they insist that I either pay both amounts together or lose both numbers. As far as I am aware I have TWO separate contracts as both are signed on separate dates so WHY OH WHY do they treat this issue as one.??? Come on this is really not fair.
