Upgraded my handset last week. Phoned on friday with the details to do a SIM swap which happens 'within 24 hours'. Nearly a full week later now - still can't use the phone I'm paying for a more expense package to use. Repeated calls, repeated promises to phone me back (they never do), repeated promises that my query has been 'escalated'. About a hundred reference numbers. I really don't need this stress. How on earth can a company be so incompetent?
