Pathetic Service Deliver by Incompetent Staff

A simple request to change my banking details resulted in the worst nightmare I have ever had in terms of service. I have always championed CelC's service delivery in the 10 years I have been with the company. Changing my account details have resulted in my lines being suspended on two accoassion because my instruction was not carried out correctly, me being charged R70 for a returned debit order, and my account being deducted more than was due to CelC. After a month of repeated calls to the call centre repeated promises of call backs by incompetent TL's the matter is still not resolved. Instead, I'm R225 out of pocket and wasted time on calls to the call centre that lasted 30 minutes and more a time.

Come CelC, where's the service?? Why must I wait 7 working days for money that is rightfully mine, but taken because of your staff's incompetence? Is this to boost your profits by earning interest on my few rands? Your staff's incompetency have also affected my credit rating at my bank, and all I get as an apology and told that their are procedures that has to be followed. If your did what they were told to do in the first place, the past 8 weeks to have been much more pleasant
