Unbelievable - got to be the worst ever?

A year after I have sold my house, terminated my contract with Chubb - repeated phone calls, repeated emails, repeated promises from Chubb to sort it out, they STILL send me threatening emails about "my account" and the fact that I owe them money.

This despite the fact they continued collecting money from my account months after I terminated (read TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORISATION AND SERVICE).

This is past pathetic - this is now bordering on criminal. The fact that these large companies simply send threatening emails around and neglects to respond and update their accounts shows how little they care about their customers.

Despite my many emails, many phone calls - Chubb simply does not respond. Then out of the blue (literally months later) - another threatening email.

I have spoken to accounts (received promises) - emailed everyone including the "Regional Credit Supervisor" Christopher Weyers whose name is on the letter (with no reply address of course) - with no effect.

Seriously, how difficult can it be??
