Extremely Appalled by lack of feedback and service

I'm higlht upset, dissapointed and disguted with the apalling service and lack of feedback i am getting from Auto Page.

I have been struggling to get answers and valid feedback for almost 3 weeks, I have various problems with various departments and no one gets back to me. Who is the customer here? me or you? I have been a loyal client for a few years and pay copious amounts of money to you guys and I have to do all the flipper work and sit one hold for 30-40 mins at a time and explain my problem, get told someone will phone me back and have to go through the same process over and over again

Not even management phones be Back, one in particular Angelo Graham, I have also escalated to higher management and still don't get called back.

This is unacceptable and do not feel valued as a customer. I have various contracts with you and will no begin proceedings to move my business elsewhere!
