Lack of Customer Service - AGAIN

Thsi is the second time that i am logging a complaint against Cell C. Ever since i moved over to Cell C from MTN - I have had terrible customer service. After eventuallay sorting my contract package out (fault on Cell C side) - i thought i would give Cell C another try - so i applied for 2 x addtional contracts for my children - both applications were done last week Wed 08 May 2013. I have been following up on a daily basis and have been struggling to get an answer or any feedabck on these applications. I have sent emails/ sms's/ and have called in - every person to whom i have spoken to has not been able to give me feedback. It has been close on a week and still no response back - not has anyone bothered contacting me back. I have escalated this matter onto Team Leaders (Lizelle & Phineas Zitha) and am still awaiting feedback. Can someone at Cell C please let me know what is happening with my applications??? Should i not receive feedback on my applications TODAY - i will be taking my business away for good - all 3 contracts! I can not belive that after all the hassels i have had from the beginning - i am still not happy!!!
