No Phone no help

After receiving a call from 8ta saying that my contract was ready for renewal, I went into the local branch and was told that it would take maximum 30min to do a sim swop and receive my new phone, that was 10am wed morning, by 3pm my original sim was disabled after being promised that their would be no interruption with my service as I use the phone for business. It is now thursday 11:30am, I am STILL waiting for a response from their complaints department, STILL NO PHONE online and nobody at the call center or at the store can assist me, they keep telling me that it is with another department and they cant help. I cant really complain about service cause there isn't any! I am really struggling to understand how they can do business with such incompetent staff who keep passing the buck and not taking responsibility and sorting the problem out. A sim swop! How difficult can this be??? The competition seems to be able to do it in 5 min not 2 days en counting!!! Very very unhappy and really regret going to 8ta!!!
