Please read my previous report. Please notify me when is this problem going to be fixed. I am paying a lot of money for servicers that is not fully operational. And I am very upset that Telkom hasn't been able to fix the Problem. Also I am very disgusted when you phone the 10210 number for assistance that u must hold on for almost an hour to 2 hours to hold on for someone to help, just when help is in sight u are being transferred to another operator to be helped, just to hold on for another hour or 2. After explaining my heart out to the operator, he just reply's as if I am irritating him that Telkom is aware of the problem and they are working on it.
Come on Telkom how long do u want to work on the problem. Customers are paying for services that they do not receive!!!
