After many months of trying to resolve some problems I have had with Telkom, and being shifted from pillar to post from 1 incompetent employee to the next, I sent the following email to the HP telkom email address, asking for an escalation to a manager!!

After another posting on HP, I received the following response on HP:

I am extremely upset with the level of service I have received for the past few months!

I hereby request that a manager contact me via email asap to sort out the problems.
