Terrible Service and Attitude

Cables (according to call centre) on 26th of April.
I reported problem on 29th of April
Escalated on the 2nd of May
SMS received that fault will be repaired 'soon' on Monday
Wednesday technician arrived at Church, was told we were in a service, called my cell phone twice while in service. I returned call after service completed only to have him shout at me without identifying himself.
I ended call and called call centre and asked for a different technician to attend to the problem, again asked for a call prior to coming to premises. While at hospital visit, same technician arrived and again yelled on phone at me. I ended the call and he reported the fault as repaired.
I called call centre and again had to report the problem, received a call from unknown person who asked if line was still down, and he said they were on their way to repair. 14-hours later still nobody here!
This is not a free service from Telkom, this is not a favour to me, this is something that I pay for and to be treated the way I have been treated is ridiculous, but sadly indicative of Customer service in South Africa, where there is no consequences for these rude and incompetent people.
