Lack of support - no response or follow up

I tried to contact support 4 days ago regarding an issue I am having with EDGE data reception. The staff on Facebook told me they had escalated the problem and a support rep would get in touch. i then got an sms with a reference number for my support request, which is 3050602458.

then i waited and no one contacted me. i then wrote to them again on FB, and they replied saying someone would contact me. then i waited again, and nothing. i wrote again on FB, and now they are ignoring me.

Cell C does not seem to want to help me resolve my issue, and now they are just ignoring me.
