NO FEEDBACK fro the Escalation Centre - PATHETIC

Complaint relating to previous complaint on HelloPeter dated Aug 2013 [14422707]RE: [][14341972][14050053]HelloPeter Query Ars232795 . Still not resolved. I tried everything they requested and still no joy. Manager of Telkom Mobile Branch send email to Innocentia Tsoku (Escalation Centre), she does not even bother to give feedback. NO CLIENT SERVICE AT ALL!!! Telkom has a huge problem if the Escalation Centre employee (who is suppose to give client service and assist with problems) does not know what client service means.
