No help received -taking it to Consumer Commission

I went to Vodacom to claim for a phone, i was in a hurry to get a phone, so they said they only had an LTE in stock, so I asked what the difference is between the normal S3 and the LTE, they said the only difference is the LTE has faster internet- THAT'S ALL. I took the phone & in 7 days I realised that It didn't have predictive text & it didn't come with an FM Radio! I took it up with the manager at the store who brought a SAMSUMG specialist to look at the phone & he confirmed that it doesn't have predictive text but you can download the radio.
They took it to a Vodacom specialist to have a look at it, they obviously came back saying 'no technical error', I never said there was anything technically wrong with the phone just that the features were not the same as the one I had previously- after askin them what the difference was between the two phones. is saying, they can't give me a normal S3 bcoz 1) I never asked about the features- is that not covered when I ask what the difference between the two phones is 2) I was in a hurry to get a new phone- yes I was however had I known there was a difference i wouldn't have taken it. i shall be referring the matter to CC
