Yes, you just went ahead and billed me an extra R5454.19 anyways. Your error. Your duplication. And then you email me and say I have been credited - but that does not show in my bank account where it is needed most. So I am short R5454.19 this month. MY MONEY. NOT YOURS. But what do you care - you can't be bothered to put that R5454.19 back into my account. You will just show it as a credit against my cell account and I will be short for the next few months while Autopage laughs all the way to the bank. How to show your customer the middle finger. Thank you Autopage. And I can do nothing because I'm stuck in a contract with you and unless I go to a lawyer, which I obviously cannot afford, you just sit there laughing and making excuses and empty apologies. Nice one Autopage. Real customer service.
