My account was suspended after my debit order has gone threw on 1 May. I have logged a call with the call centre, and send a statement. After following up because of no feed back I found out no call was logged.
I have since phoned 3 times to try and get the matter resolved but have had no luck.
No one is getting back to me and my account is sill suspended.
