10 Months later and my account is still not sorted

I took out 2 contracts in February 2012, the amount every month was R479, then suddenly in October 2012 the amount went to R104.89, I then went into Autopage Sea Point, Cape Town to try and sort it out for as was getting no where, I spoke to Dean Sinkfontein, Since then the account has been haywire. Dean has really been fantastic trying to sort the account out, he is not at fault as he is trying his best, when he first contacted accounts in October to find out what was happening with the account, they told him that there was a name change and that also the account had been cancelled, without my permission! I am still owed credits which have never been done, I have also sent my Nokia lumnia in for repairs as the phone just stopped charging, I checked on the internet and it is a huge problem and fault as the phone is not damaged it just does not charge, Dean said it would take up to 5 weeks, it has been 5 weeks and I have still not heard anything, Dean has emailed them numerous times, i have had to go into autopage every week for the last 10 months, enough now. the sim cards have never been used yet i get charged for sms, gprs etc??
