I cancelled my one contracts in march this year and requested them to make the nr prepaid. I used by last free minutes up and never attempted to use the phone till today. When I switched it on is said no service. I used another phone to phone customer care just to be told that it is a problem with my simcard and I need to do a sim swop. Is this now the way to get back for cancelling the contract if this is the way it works I will cancel my other contract to.
