I replied to an sms by RMCS a year ago where they offered R50 free airtime a month. I subscribed to the service not knowing that they would confiscate my number as theire own. I phoned last month when I had trouble doing a simswap and asked RMCS to cancel the contract and give my number back. They advised me to buy a new simcard after which they would do a simswap for me and cancel the contract. However they did a simswap but never cancelled the contract. Cell C is unable to assist me with queries on my phone neither can I swap my number to my contract sim because of this problem. I don't know what I should do so that RMCS can cancel the contract and release my number. I never requested a contract and they didn't tell me getting free minutes would be a contract either. I'm dissapointed in this incompetent service I get. Everytime I phone they tell me to wait 48hours. I am sick and tired of being bound to something I didn't ask for.
