I have been trying to upgrade on one of my contracts now sins February to the Lumia 610. No phone available at shop. On 8 March went to Tygervalley only available in white were demanded to do sim swop and pay for it. There is nothing wrong with existing sim. Went back to Paarl shop. Charl at Paarl Mall contacted Century City to send a blue/magenta lumia 610 that they had in stock to Paarl. This phone has still not appeared. Now no more available. I was forced to change this contract to prepaid till this phone appear. Can somebody please assist with this. My daughter whose phone line this is, are very upset about this as she says why must she pay for sim swop when Paarl can cut her sim and it still works. She need this phone for work purposes and this phone was on deal for R139 on anytime 100 top up. Personally I am looking Asha 302 in champagne colour also not available or Asha 303 in Purple or Aqua also not available. These phone are produced in these colours so why is it not available to customers. i am also now paying more on contract as I can not get the phone that i want. Do we really have to cancel contracts and go to another place to get what we want? Please do assist!
