Please see my previous email I sent to Autopage on the 02/05/2013. I have still not received no contact as promised:
Message: I would hereby wish to voice my concern and disappointment regarding my recent experience when I applied for an upgrade on the 21/02/2013. I was in contact with Yolanda Mdlaka and decided to take the Nokia Asha 306. The next day (22/02) I sent her an email to inform her that I want the handset to be red in colour. I received the phone on the 28/02 but it was grey. I immediately sent and email to Yolanda who said she will arrange for the phone to be collected and that it usually take 2 - 7 working day. 3 weeks then passed and I sent another email to Yolanda on the 25/03 to inform her that the phone has still not been collected. It was then only collected in that week. I have still not received the phone. Is there no follow-up procedures in place? If there was, surely it would've been noted that firstly, the couriers did not collect the phone by me and secondly, that I still did'nt receive the new phone after the couriers collected the other more than a month ago.
I find myself paying for a contract without the phone in my possession. Extremely disappointed
