Worst service ever!!!

I phoned the upgrade centre the 10th of march to upgarade my contract, on the 15th i recieved the wrong handset, and immediately phoned the upgrade centre to inform them, they said they will arrange a pickup for the handset and only when they recieve the handset they will issue the correct one. i called back on the 19th and was told that i should be contacted by the couriers the following day. I called again on the 22nd, it was just as fruitless as the other calls. Today i spoke with another consultant online and was told to expect feedback in 24 to 48hours... as if I havn't waited long enough...!!!

After my previous complaint my phone was eventually collected by the couriers on the third of april. On the 8th I was notified that vodacom has received the phone. Now i'm told that I can not get the same deal that I upgraded to. I am being penalised for a mistake on your part. I might have no other choice but to cancel all my contracts as they expire because it is the worst service I have ever received. I have called the upgrade centre 8 times with no result.
