Bad service and no stock

On Saturday, 4 May 2013, I visited Festive Mall branch, Kempton Park of MTN to upgrade. I was helped by Lungile. I upgraded to Samsung S4 and wanted a black one. I were told that they do not have stock but they will have it on Monday by 12 noon and then she will phone me. Monday came and went and so did Tuesday.By 16.00 on Tuesday I went to the shop and spoke to Lungile. When I spoke to her she got this blank expression on the face and what looked like shock. She had forgotten about my order and also forgot to phone me or inform me they had no stock. She then phoned her regional manager just to be informed they have no stock in the warehouse and they do not know when they will have stock. I then asked her for MTN head office's telephone number. Instead of giving it to me she called her manager. We waited for a while but the manager did not come so I asked the number again. She then again went to call her manager. Eventually the manager came and said to me same that Lungile said. again I asked for the head offices numeber and she said she will give me the regional managers number, and she wrote it down. I said to her that I did not ask the regional managers number but head office.
