Autopage
No Service

Upgraded my phone telephonically; good service; cellphone delivered to my home - wrong phone; had it re-collected and sent back; silence. Called Autopage - oh - did no-one call? No - we'll send another! Received the wrong phone AGAIN; called Autopage - not so much as an apology or even an excuse; had the phone recollected; received another phone - yes - again - wrong phone. Called Autopage - and again - not even an apology - and the option of me taking the wrong phone to a local store, to have it exchanged for a correct one is not possible; so now apparently the phone will yet again be collected; and on receipt of the wrong phone back in JNB, the allegedly correct phone could possibly be delievered to me - and oh - I must please call them (at my cost) to follow up that it is sent!
