I upgraded my contract with Cell C in Nov '12 and specifically asked for a Nokia Asha302 but a Asha 303 was delivered by Ram Couriers. I phoned Cell C to tell them that I don't want a touch screen and because I have poor eyesight the letters on the keypad was too small and was told to return the phone and a 302 will be sent to me. Ram collected the handset complete with battery and all accessories on 24Dec'12. After a few days Ram phoned to ask where the phone must be delivered. I was suspicious and phoned cell c to check on the progress of the phone I was told they received the 303 in good condition and an order was placed for the 302 and I will get notification from Ram for delivery. On 22 Jan '13 Ram delivered the same 303 minus the battery. I tried for 3 days to contact cell c by phone, sms and email but could not get through, got cut off and no response from sms and email. Eventually I spoke to a consultant and was told that they returned the 303 because they received the phone minus the battery. After long explanations giving them dates and ref numbers, was told collections will contact me, to date I have heard nothing. I am very frustrated and close to having a stroke.
