Vodacom is passing the buck to Ram to collect

I received a Nokia Asha contract phone o the 06th Sept last year and have been strugglung to get it collected by Ram couries, either Vodacom doesnt do a follo-up on them or Ram is just not intrested. have been calling since the same day to ask for the phone to be collected, have spoken to Pontsho twice and the last person I spoke to on the 06 Jan 2014, Denzel and Shane a couple times, Phetho who slammed the phone on me, Ramona a couple times, Dorcas twice and Mercy. Denzel even put me through to Ram couriers and I spoke to a lady who confirmed that they have received the email to collect but unfortunately it was her last day as she was going on maternity leave and am sure shes even back by now. she reffered me to Thabo who gave me their office number 011 977 5276 which rings till kingdom come unanswered while Vodacom is taking money from my account for something am not using! is this the thank you I get fro being a loyal customer for 10 years now, no wonder you are tops with the compaints on this website!!!
