Have to beg for feedback!!! Waiting since March!!!

My accounts have been barred without correspondence before they have done so which is the least of my problems at the moment. Mtn now insists that I have an outstanding amount of R7000.00 on my account as they had the wrong banking details - I received statements every month from Mtn obviously under the impression that they are debiting the correct account as I had to provide them with a stamped bank statement when applying for the contract. I then proceeded to ask for my original contract copy that I had written out as they are saying I must have provided the wrong bank details and that the stamped bank statements must have had the wrong account number too. I was speaking to a lady by the name of Kedibone Mkwanazi who has assured me that she will sort out my query when I walked into 14th Avenue to dispute it - she at first sent a typed out contract copy which is not what I asked for as whoever typed that out could have made a mistake and now is being made into my problem - Kedibone has however stopped responding to me and now I have to take this further than Hello Peter and Mtn. VERY UNHAPPY!! Still waiting since March and its May already!!!
