Non delivery of Stamped Bank Statement, Very Poo

Standard Bank hasn't yet provided me a Stamped copy of my Bank Statement even after repeated request with the Call Center as well as sending my Request through the online banking system. I am having a Prestige Banking Account, which is supposed to be the Premium Banking Account of Standard Bank.
I am not currently in South Africa and hence it is impossible for me to go to the bank in person to collect the statement and I need this urgently as I have to provide it to SARS. For this reason I had asked them to email the statement to me.
I have been following up with the Call Center and they just pass the buck and never provide the solution. Every time the executive says someone from the bank would contact me and provide the solution. But I haven't yet received a single call from them. When I repeatedly called their call center, the executive asked me to raise a request from my online banking. I did that a couple of weeks back, but I haven't received any notification from them yet. All this after being a Prestige Banking Account Holder.
I strongly recommend not to open a bank account with Standard Bank especially if you are an overseas employee as they have no empathy towards customers
