Phone claims

I reported a phone and claimed it through the cellc insurance claims contact centre, I tired calling them and no one seems to care or be of any assistance, sent all the required documents and tried making follow up but i am not winning all i get is a question mark. Any body willing to assist please... i emailed my documents which is my ID doc, claims form and an affidavit on the the 15/03/2013 to [Email Removed] .but still no response please assist .my name is margaret and contact are [Email Removed], frustated and angry about the bad servise ..
