Delay in claim payment

I contributed to a provident fund, after resigning from my current employer and completed the claim form for them to refund the contributions to me. This was on the 31.12.2012. It's already been a month and a half, I have not received my money yet. After they failed to meet the payment deadline set by them, they could not provide me with a answer as to why the payment failed, according to the consultant this was due to a bank authentication process, I requested the original documents I submitted which I found was correct, no idea how there payment could have been rejected if they used the same information I provided, this also resulted in me having to go to a bank to get a bank statement which is stamped and a ID copy which is certified for them to make the payment. This after I provided the correct details from the start. Submitted the documents, still havent received anything, contacted a supervisor who replied with a email half typed, made no sense... I had to email back and ask what is she saying in her email. I'm losing interest/growth on my money every single day, getting to a point where I'm wondering if they have cash to even refund me.
