Took out a contract phone on 27.03.2013 been paying all this time for a phone that has been taken back 3 times and still the phone is not working. We were then told to collect the phone today again from MTN and when my technician collected they asked him to send us a "please call me" so that we can call them back with our details. We were then told no, we need to come back tomorrow. We are losing a great deal of money as this phone is supposed to be used for business purposes and it is costing us to drive up and down the whole time.
