Such bad Service

We have put this complaint in before where Samantha S assured us she would help us. Our company put the CEO's Cellphone in because it stopped working. They told us at Nashua that it would take 4 -6 weeks. After sometime we told to collect the phone. I went to get it only to be told that they couldnot fix it because the sim tray was the wrong one. Consultant said he would explain that it has probably been accidently swapped with his wifes phone and sent it back again with explanation and asked for it to be expidited. Got another call to say phone is ready. Went to collect it only to find it was still broken. Apprently they tried to call us to accept a quote of R250.00 to fix the phone. Now fuming I sent it back again and said I would pay the money even though the phone was under warranty. The CEO bought a new phone by this time. We wrote a report on Hello Peter and Samantha S said she would try and help us. So then the phone was sent back again and they asked us to bring the CEO's Wifes phonein to see if they had in fact swopped sim tray. It turned out that it did. Sent the phone back for the 4th time with atttention to Samantha S who again said she would deal with it, still nothing
