Send a phone back and still deducting

Last Year June i got a phone but send it back.i called Vodacom customer service and told them due to money i cannot afford phone and they must please collect it. The package was not opened and the sim card was not activated nor the airtime used. the person over the phone said it is fine, she will send someone out to collect the phone, 2 weeks later they came to collect the phone. Then my troubles started. I phoned in to say the phone was collected and they must please cancel. They did not, i phoned in every day and still nothing as they said they will. Today a year later i am still trying to get my money out of them and them to cancel phone. I have the receite and even made a copy to give to the second guy that came to fetch the "phone". the contract is still going on and i am still phoning and all i get is "I will phone you back mam" well this mam ain't waiting anymore, I am sick of this waiting. They tell me that i will be refunded but look, they deducted again! i am a loyal customer to Vodacom for many years, but now i don't know and think it is best that me and my family should change. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER HERE!!! Carol-Ann (and i am sure i will still get no response!) :-(
