I want to cancel my contract: Faulty Nebula Tablet

I want to cancel the contract I have with Fonechoice, but I was told I can not cancel becuase the 14 days has passed, but I don't agree with that 14 days clause because the phone has not been in my position for more than 14 days. The reason I want to cancel the contract is: I received the phone on 20 Sep 2013, and I discovered that the camera was faulty, on the same day I called Fonechoice to report the matter and the phone was collected on 25 Sep 2013, that makes it 5 days. I made several calls to fonechoice regarding getting the phone back, and I got it back today 7 Nov 2013 only to discover that the camera is still not working. I called fonechoice and they said they will collect the phone again for repairs, and I told them that I don't want the phone anymore because this was supposed to be a new phone, I can't have a phone repaired twice before I even used it. Fonechoice then told me they can't cancel the contract, I only have two options, to get the phone repaired or to do a surrender for goods in which they will collect the phone and give me a quatation of what I would need to pay. I don't want the phone anymore becuase I don't trust the brand anymore.
