Was called a call centre agent offering me a Samsung phone which he said it was released between the S2 and the S3 but when the phone finally arrived it was not a samsung phone but some funny phone with a very strange name, i would have appreciated if they told me the truth that its their promoting their own phones3

I am trully disgusted and have been promised that they will collect the phone ever since the 28th of Feb 2013. every time i phone i get promised and they also have the nerve to tell me that they will still need to approve my cancellation, meaning that they could still send the phone back if they decide that they cant take it back for some reason.

i want this phone collected today or else i will contact the media
