TRANSFER OF LINE

I have never in my life received such pathetic level of service!!! Applied for line transfer and every day another excuse. Had 2 dates allocated but due to your call centre staff entering the info incorrectly they have to keep changing the order - now i have for the last time sat on my cell phone for this to be done and again 35 min they are not able to give me installation date whatsover.

Service!!! Maybe they should spend more time training their staff properly!!!
