Unable to obtain tablet

On the 6th of May I wanted to add a tablet to my existing MTN account. I have been to the shop 5 times up to now and my papers have not been sent to MTN for approval (14 May). Not once did they let me know what is going on. Only when I go to the shop or phone them will they tell me what the status is (it is still being processed). I cannot believe that a person with an existing MTN account cannot ADD a data deal to his account in more than a weeks time.
