Customer service is pathetic!

On 24 Dec 2013 I phoned the call center to activate the facility to transfer airtime from one Vodacom number to another. I spoke to David Moekena

On 31 Dec I tried to transfer the airtime and then received a message that I do not have airtime available. This was due to the fact that network airtime can not be transferred. After 27 min on the phone I was given an apology for the mistake not informing me, it was in the form I signed so I should have known. I asked where it was but then and then the call was dropped.

Phoned again and after 55 minutes spoke to Janita that told me it is not in the terms and conditions and will bring this to the attention of who ever. As a gesture of goodwill they will give me R50 to transfer, that after more than an hour and a half on a paid call... wow where is the goodwill? I do not get informed of he

The staff of the call center gives wrong info, they drop the calls and I get an offer of R50??? My time, my costs are more than that, I pay for the mistakes of the call center staff, how is that for service?

Please, whoever even thinks of entering a contact with these people, think again, 2 years is a long time.
