As a customer of Webafrica for many years, it pains me to have to bring to the public's attention how your service has deteriorated. Your new system, commonly known as "pass the buck" may be working for you but for me as a customer who has always spoken very highly of Webafrica it leaves much to be desired. What has happened to the professional person one used to be able to speak to in the past? Now if one is fortunate to get past the "have your user name ready" and "we want to make your day a happy one" all the person can say is "I will put through a request on your behalf" or "I will email the accounts dept". Passing the buck "par excellence". I have just been dealing with SARS and Telkom... what a pleasure dealing with them. Webafrica: go and get some lessons from them!!!
