Be very, very carefull when dealing with FNB

FNB does not honor its agreements and will look for any excuse not to rectify issues or take disciplinary steps against rogue officials. They are very happy to pass the buck and blame another department and state it is not them directly. This issue relates to e Bucks, where FNB refuse to honor their crediting of e Bucks to my account. They owe me well in excess o 40 000 e Bucks going back over a year and refuse to credit my account siting some pathetic excuse which does not hold water in any legal manner. They up the issue. This is just one of numerous issues regarding FNB behavior.

Their slogan of How can we help you is a very misleading. They are now telling me I must come and visit them. They have messed me around for months and years and I must go and see them. They can come to me. What Arrogance!!!
