Not worth it!!

I have been a Screamer account holder since 2011, there hasent been one week that went by where i didnt have full internet service. Everytime there was a disconnection or some other problem. I spend R599 on a service that i dont get the full benafits out of. When i call the techical department the numberi was given is either off or just rings and when i phone the help desk to log a fault the technician gets to me a few days later.
