Account paid in full

I had a mobile nashua account in 2009 for R3300. In August 2011 a garnishing order was placed through my salary of R300 pm. It was paid in full!!! Now I get a phone call from SAYA telling me still owe R4100!! Where does this come from? I was told by an agent that phoned me this amount is because I didnt tell them my account was paid in full!!! Dont you do your homework!!!
