My ADSL line was upgraded to a 2Mbps line for a period of time. For the last month and a half I have noticed that my speeds have decreased. I called technical support and they have advised me that I am on a 1Mbps line connection. I was advised in store when signing up for my service to go for a 1 Mbps line as it will be upgraded, as explained above, I have seen an increase in my speed for a period of time and now it has decreased.
