HOW MANY TIMES ARE YOU NOT GOING TO GET BACK TO ME

SINCE THE 26TH APRIL 2013.. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE TO HELP ME REGARDING A SAMSUNG S4 NEW CONTRACT.. I PRE-ORDERED AS SOON AS THE WEBSITE ALLOWED I THINK BEGIN APRIL.. HOWEVER I NOTICED I DID NOT GET A REF NUMBER SO I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AND THEN THE DIRECT SALE CENTER AND STILL NO ONE COULD ASSIST ME BUT THEY WILL GIVE MY DETAIL TO THE PERSON THAT CAN & GET THEM TO CALL ME BACK.. BUT NOTHING HAS CAME OF IT.. SO I EMAILED VODACOM CUSTOMER CARE AND RECEIVED A REPLY THAT I NEED TO WAIT FOR AFTER THE 29TH APRIL THEN REAPPLY ON THE WEBSITE & SOME-ONE WILL GET BACK TO ME.. REF FOR EMAIL: 0014Aa8PV1M0EFFU SO I DID AND AGAIN DID NOT RECEIVE A REF NO SO I SENT A SCREEN SHOT TO VODACOM AND WAS ONCE AGAIN TOLD THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME REF NO S3-TN1CV-VCPH HOWEVER TILL TODAY NO-ONE HAS CONTACTED ME..SO AGAIN I TODAY DID AN APPLICATION ON THE WEBSITE & GUESS WHAT I RECEIVED REF NO: HV6470.. BUT STILL NO CALL.. I HAVE BEEN WITH VODACOM FOR 6 YEARS NOW AND THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD.. COULD SOME-ONE PLEASE CALL ME REGARDING A NEW CONTRACT FOR A SAMSUNG S4.. WHY DO I HAVE TO BEG??
