Robbed & ripped off by MTN

I bought a Nokia E7 on contract from MTN Loveday St JHBG and have been unable to use the phone at all for the past few months because it does not charge. Regardless that I have taken the phone back to them four times and spent weeks without a phone the problem has never been fixed.
On 03/05/13 I took the phone back to MTN Loveday St were I was told that this was a problem facing most of their customers using the Nokia E7 and that these phones were no longer being manufactured and that I had to take it to some place in Crowne Mines and hope that this time the problem would be fixed permanently.
As I stand, I am stuck with a dead phone, no means of communication and my business is at a standstill and meanwhile MTN is constantly debiting my account every month for a phone that does not work or even switch on.
Is there someone who knows how I could get this phone changed???
