No receipt of statements despite calls for 1 yea

The last statement i received is for Invoice Date 01 Jan 2013.
Every single month over the last year i have to contact either yourselves or cell c before i get results.
I have repeatedly asked for statements to be posted, they never were so i gave up on this idea and requested them to be e-mailed.
Well not surprising, i don't receive them via e-mail either.
What is going on cell c. Do complaints of this nature not bother you at all and does your service mean nothing!!!
I want my statement for 01 Feb 2013!!!
