Good day,

We signed up for a 2mb uncapped line from Cybersmart in Feb. The service was running fine up until half way through April. Our speeds dropped to virtually non existent. I tried updating a game had to wait 5 hours for the 100mb update to finish at less than a kb per second. I cant even game on SA servers and constantly get disconnect. Standard dl speeds have all decreased to less than a kb per second.

I sent the facebook group a message however had no response. I have phoned Cybersmart in the past and know that they only respond on Hellopeter posts, so phoning or emailing is pointless.

What am I paying for? I could just as well stick with dailup, it would be faster!!
